Upon entering Vault 118, you’ll be greeted by a Mr. This will lead you into the bowels of the Cliff’s Edge Hotel, which holds beneath it Vault 118, a vault turned hotel that it now apparently part of a deadly murder mystery. Whether or not you actually encountered Pearl, the elevator down to the Vault won’t be working, forcing you to take the long way to the basement by going up the south stairs, onto the balcony and rooftops around to the northern side of the hotel before descending back down. Pearl will lead you to the Cliff’s Edge Hotel.
